Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without proof of delivery.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, please follow the same process as returns.
